The Position: We are seeking to fill a Property Assistant position. We are looking for someone to perform tasks related to the cleaning and maintenance of apartment buildings. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning public spaces, such as apartment lobbies, restrooms, and outdoor grounds
- Prior experience providing customer service to a diverse range of people
- Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record
What will you do?
- Primarily perform general cleaning, maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks
- Coordinate designated activities of the leasing process
- Complete routine inspections of units
- Respond to questions and concerns from residents and applicants
- Coordinate maintenance services and process work order requests
- Check the building and property for fire, safety, health, and security hazards
- Observe residents for noticeable changes in health, behavior, personal hygiene, or condition of unit
- Light office work, such as issuing employee badges and maintaining parking violations
