What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Nurse position at Seattle Parks and Recreation: Specialized Programs?
Seattle Parks and Recreation: Specialized Programs is running a summer camp for individuals with disabilities ages 4-21. We are looking for a registered nurse to be on site at all camp sessions. Job duties would consist of first aid for campers, dispensing camper medication, assisting campers with tube feeding, catheters, seizure protocols and any medical emergencies that arise.
Locations: Camp will alternate between three locations: Ravenna Park Shelter 1- 2000 NE 58th St, Seattle WA; Camp Long- 5200 35th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98126; Seward Park 5900 Lake Washington Boulevard S; Seattle 98118
Days/Time: Day Camp: Ravenna Park and Seward Park Locations: Monday-Friday; 9:30am-2:30pm
Camp Long location: Camp will run Tuesday-Friday hours are: Tuesday-3:00pm-8:00pm; Wednesday- 8:30am-8:30pm; Thursday-8:30am-8:30pm; Friday-8:30am-1:30pm

- -July 8-11 Overnight Camp- Camp Long
- -July 14-19 Day Camp- Seward Park
- -July 21-25 Day Camp- Ravenna Park
- -July 29-August 1 Overnight Camp- Camp Long
- -Aug 5-8 Overnight Camp- Camp Long
- -Aug 11-15 Day Camp- Seward Park
- -Aug 19-22 Overnight Camp- Camp Long
