32-40 Hours a week, Hourly Position
Seattle based; Hybrid. 3-days / week in-office and/or in-person meetings.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Program Coordinator – Fiscal Sponsorship will fill a critical role by supporting the Foundation’s efforts to create a more equitable and just park/open space system in our city. This role will coordinate a portfolio of projects, working closely with partners to support and coach them on planning and navigating public processes to help build their capacity.
Customer Service Support
· Manage a growing portfolio of fiscal partners with a range of public and private grants and varying needs
· Provide regular support and guidance to fiscal partners by phone, email, and in person regarding general inquiries, processes, and procedures
· Provide orientation to new partners; advise and guide them in use of Foundation resources, partner portal, and ensure policies and procedures are followed
· Review and assist with partner expense reimbursements
· Provide support in navigating public agency grants with review, feedback, and assist partners with creating narrative grant reports
· Assist partners with developing scopes of work and growth strategies to help build their capacity
· Coordinate and assist in contract management process
· Other duties as assigned
Program Support
· Coordinate with the Public Grants Administrator on public grant invoicing
· Upload partner monthly financial reports to Foundation Portal, and update map of project location as new projects are onboarded
· Oversee the Partner Networking Tool through moderation, activation, and community guideline implementation
· Provide out-of-office coverage for other project liaisons, including but not limited to review of payment request forms, onboarding, offboarding, and responding to inquiries
· Assist with updates and distribution of surveys and feedback from partners
· Assist with event planning and logistics for fiscal partner events
· Represent Seattle Parks Foundation at virtual and in-person public meetings and events
· Other duties as assigned

Primary Qualifications

· Comfortable working in a team environment, independently and with external stakeholders
and community.
· The ability to prioritize, manage and coordinate multiple tasks, in an evolving environment.
· Experience writing grants, reports, and using spreadsheets to track information.
· Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends. Access to reliable transportation.
· Spanish language skills
Secondary Qualifications
· Familiarity with and interest in parks, trails, public space and the environment.
· Lived experience organizing people around a common goal.
COMPENSATION
· Hourly Range between $26-$31/hour, based on experience
· Flexible hours and schedule
· Depending on hours worked, earn up to 24 days of Personal Time Off (PTO) in year 1 of employment
