SUMMARY
The Seattle Seahawks are seeking a part-time Digital UI/UX Coordinator to assist in the daily operation of the club’s mobile app, mobile digital fan activations and future mobile digital products. This position will help design and maintain the mobile app UI, coordinate regular product updates, build personalization to enhance the fan experience, execute fan engagement campaigns, grow the mobile app as a game and event utility and maximize revenue through partnership opportunities. Additionally, this person will contribute to mobile app accessibility, global market and language localization, mobile app marketing promotion and other digital product UI/UX design.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Execute mobile app updates from key stakeholders daily and on event days
- Update the club mobile app through a content management system ensuring projects are timely and accurate. This includes, but is not limited to, creating wireframes, developing strong UI/UX, creating personalized user flows, updating information on landing pages and publishing vertical form editorial content as needed
- Keep mobile ticketing features updated and resolve issues before and during events
- Create and manage mobile app features including, but not limited to, mobile concession ordering, AR/VR, mobile games and free-to-play games with the support of third parties
- Manage mobile app personalization and continue developing the mobile app into a content hub, fan engagement platform and game and event utility
- Work with third parties for the delivery and execution of new features and regular mobile app version updates
- Develop quality assurance best practices and troubleshoot and respond to platform issues
- Contribute to mobile app accessibility, global market and language localization and marketing promotion
- Be current with mobile app best practices and emerging features

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, mobile app development or similar course work
- Experience in website or mobile app back-end content management systems. YinzCam, Rover, DeltaTre Pocket and Webflow are preferred
- Expertise in user experience design
- Excellent graphic design, with product marketing knowledge, communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or other UI/UX software with excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Familiarity with front-end web development, HTML, CSS, API integrations and project management system is helpful
- Ability to work traditional office hours and willingness to work non-traditional hours and some weekends
- Interest and experience in the sports industry is a plus
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks at once with great attention to detail and be self-directed and demonstrate initiative

- This position works 20 hours per week on average between February-July and 30 hours per week on average between August-January
