SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated IT Systems Administrator to lead the management and maintenance of our dynamic IT infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security and peak performance of our on-premises and cloud-based services. Your responsibilities will include hands-on administration of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware and SAN storage, as well as automation through PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate is a security-focused collaborator who can balance day-to-day operations with forward-thinking improvements, problem solving, adaptability, ensuring compliance and an exceptional end-user experience across the Seahawks organization and the Lumen Field Stadium.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and maintain physical and virtual server environments, including performance monitoring, upgrades, patch management and hardware failure recovery
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environment including configuration, administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
- Administer core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
- Manage and optimize VMware environments, including software upgrades, virtual machine deployment, performance monitoring and high availability testing for host failure recovery
- Administer and maintain SAN storage solutions with iSCSI/NFS protocols, snapshot management, replication (Nimble, Synology and Quantum)
- Oversee data backup and recovery processes using Barracuda applications
- Ensure systems and software are current with the latest patches and updates
- Deploy and manage two-factor authentication solutions (Duo, Okta)
- Enforce information security best practices to maintain compliance with PCI, HIPAA and NFL information security requirements. This role will work closely with the security team
- Identify and remediate system vulnerabilities discovered through penetration tests and vulnerability scans
- Provide end-to-end IT support and exceptional customer service for users
- Support critical operations, including 24/7 system maintenance, upgrades, Gameday support, stadium events and other organizational activities
- Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders, as the Systems Administrator will interact with various departments
- Travel as required for training, conferences and events
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Information Technology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g. CompTIA Security , Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator), VMware (e.g. VCP), Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-102) or Security (e.g. CISSP)
- 5 years of hands-on IT systems administration experience
- 3 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Intune, Purview and Group Policy
- Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting
- Strong expertise in VMware administration and Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Knowledge of Okta administration

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- The salary range for this position is: $85,000 – $125,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
