Summary
The Seahawks Digital Web Internship is a hands-on program designed to develop digital media professionals in the sports industry. The intern will assist the Seattle Seahawks Digital Platforms team with the publishing updates and content to the organization’s online properties, specifically Seahawks.com and the Seahawks Mobile App. This is a six-month internship begins in late July 2025 and ends in mid-January 2026.
By the end of the internship, and in accordance to their strengths and desire to build their areas for growth, the intern will have the opportunity to have first-hand experience in digital website management, working within content management systems, best practices for modern-day website management and design and more.
The intern will be expected to learn heavily through experience and extensive resources will be available to facilitate the process at the intern’s initiative.

- This internship's workload will primarily focus on landing page updates, design and creation of landing pages and content management
- Help maintain Seahawks.com and the Seahawks Mobile App using a content management system
- Assist in publishing content (articles, photo galleries, videos, etc.) to Seahawks.com and the Seahawks Mobile App using content management systems
- Maintain quality assurance of website content through search engine optimization and accessibility
- Identify content opportunities around existing stories which may increase the overall value to a fan
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on digital platform projects
- Manage various tasks for home/away games, including weekends, holidays and evenings
- Other duties as assigned

- Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible to apply as well
- Experience with digital design and building web pages
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Basic understanding of Photoshop a plus
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Interest and experience in the sports industry is a plus
