POSITION SUMMARY 

The CRM Coordinator will play a foundational role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the CRM environment for both Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC. This role is focused on day-to-day CRM management, the implementation of back-end system updates, and the creation of reports and workflows to support business needs. The CRM Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of CRM Strategy to execute initiatives, troubleshoot system issues, and drive efficient CRM operations.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Serve as the primary executor of day-to-day CRM system operations, including data imports, system configurations, and report creation.
  • Support the Manager of CRM Strategy by identifying system improvements and implementing updates to enhance user experience.
  • Provide end-user support to ensure seamless usage of the CRM system across both clubs, addressing technical issues and maintaining data integrity.
  • Maintain CRM workflows, including lead management, ticket sales campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
  • Translate high-level business needs into detailed CRM solutions, identifying the best approach within system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including marketing, ticketing, and sponsorship, to implement CRM-based solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices, applying relevant enhancements to the CRM environment.
  • Assist in creating dashboards and reports to track team performance and business outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools to brainstorm solutions, enhance task execution, and improve operational efficiency, proactively integrating AI capabilities into daily workflows as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and club policies in all CRM activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 years of experience in CRM-related roles; Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM system administration and data reporting; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and independently drive solutions to completion.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly, with a strong focus on self-service learning. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

  • This is a hybrid position working from home and from Headquarters & Training Facility in Renton WA and attending meetings and matches as needed.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must reside within Washington state upon date of hire.
  • Must be able to facilitate own local travel.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Responsibilities include regular work outdoors and may require standing on feet for long periods of time, as well as some lifting of up to 20 pounds.

The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000. Base pay at time of offer will take into account job-related knowledge, skills and experience required for the role, internal equity and market.
