Job Title: Salon Manager in Training
Job Overview:
As a seasoned Sales Manager in the beauty industry, you will inspire and guide our sales team to not only meet but exceed sales targets while building strong client relationships. Your leadership will be essential in driving revenue growth, refining sales strategies, and ensuring overall team success. You will also play a crucial role in training staff, recruiting talented individuals, and contributing to the team’s achievements.
Responsibilities include:
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to surpass sales targets and performance expectations.
