The Seattle Tech Forum is seeking members to its inaugural advisory board! We are a networking group for tech and tech-adjacent professionals in the greater Seattle area, where we strive to create opportunities for our members to :
Grow their networks
Learn and discover
Cultivate opportunities
Responsibilities
Participate in periodic (~quarterly) advisory board meetings to discuss the STF vision, goals and roadmap
Serve as the primary host for at least one STF event, focused on a topic or audience of interest to you
Participate in at least 2 STF events per quarter (virtual or in-person), hosted by other board members
Qualifications
You believe in the power of networking and relationships to make a positive difference in people's lives
You are committed to fostering an inclusive community that welcomes diverse identities, perspectives, and talents
You are prepared to commit 4-8 hours per month toward STF event planning and execution
You work in an organization or function that is tech or tech-adjacent
You have at least 5 years of industry experience
Desired but not required : experience with team leadership, board service, event planning, sponsorships, workforce / talent development, or startups
