Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Assistant Director, Slate for Student Success. Located in Seattle, WA, with some flexibility for remote work, the Assistant Director will support the Senior Associate Director, Slate for Student Success in maintaining, optimizing, and developing the Slate CRM platform to enhance student engagement and success. Key responsibilities include overseeing implementation, training, and support for Slate tools and workflows, coordinating with university departments to streamline processes, and analyzing data to improve student retention and satisfaction. This role will also require collaboration with technical teams to ensure effective integration and utilization of the Slate platform.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Slate
- Skills in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making
- Project management skills and experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
- Ability to train and support staff in utilizing CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in technical integration and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in higher education student success divisions is a plus
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
