Small family owned, customer service-oriented property management company in Seattle seeks housekeepers. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleans on a timely and efficient basis
- Assigned tasks and cleans to be done to company standards
- Assigned tasks must be done thoroughly, efficiently and effectively.
- Observe all safety rules in accordance with training and company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- Must have reliable transportation - to get to work and to use while working
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours and required weekend work
- Adhere to safety guidelines and policies set forth by the company.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to frequently perform simple grasping, fine manipulation and repetitive hand and arm movements
- Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
- Must be able to handle the stress of short deadlines and physically exhausting work
- Requires being out of the office and in company properties in hot and cold weather and in heavy local traffic conditions
- Difficult body movements - making bunk beds, futons, sofa beds, and moving heavy furniture
- Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
Pay
$22-$30 per hour
Compensation includes performance incentives and health benefits.
