Job Summary: Responsible for clearing plates and re-setting the table in a timely manner, as well as maintaining full water glasses and bread if applicable.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Clearing plates during service and after guests have departed’
- Serving water upon guest arrival
- Refill waters and bread throughout service
- Resetting the table
- Delivers food to rooms, retrieves dishes from rooms.
- Maintaining a clean work space
- Completing check list before end shift
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager

- Must be able to work holidays, weekends and evenings
