Position Overview
SeaView Community Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an ASAP Coordinator / Medical Records Clerk. This dual-role position is integral to supporting our ASAP (Alcohol Safety Action Program) while also ensuring efficient management of medical records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with the courts and legal system, and capable of handling confidential medical records with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities ASAP Coordinator
- Screen, refer, and monitor court-referred clients for substance use services.
- Manage record-keeping systems and track monthly and annual statistics.
- Monitor clients’ compliance with court-ordered treatment and provide case management as needed.
- Appear in court as necessary to provide testimony regarding a defendant’s compliance or non-compliance.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with courts, police departments, probation offices, and treatment agencies.
