Exciting Opening for Clinical Supervisor – Recovery Center
This position includes a $5,000 hiring bonus and a relocation reimbursement up to $3,000.
SeaView Community Services Behavioral Health Programs are growing by leaps and bounds! This growth is creating employment opportunities at all levels. SeaView is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Recovery Center who will be a dynamic team leader and ensure individuals are provided with exceptional, evidence-based care.
The SeaView Recovery Center provides treatment and housing services for a maximum of 20 individuals and is staffed 24/7 with providers working under the close direction of the Clinical Supervisor. Services are centered on helping individuals in their pursuits of achieving happier, healthier, and more satisfying lives. Numerous treatment modalities are utilized, which are backed by research and designed to elicit the most favorable treatment outcomes. At SeaView’s Recovery Center, all residents are empowered with the tools they need to overcome addiction and trauma and regain a life of recovery and wellbeing. We provide complete, holistic care for every stage of the journey.
Treatment Services Include:
Individual, Group & Family Therapy
Individual & Group Skill Building
Psychiatric Assessment
Medication Management
Case Management
Nutrition/Wellness Activities
The facility provides a warm and welcoming treatment environment with stunning ocean views in Seward, Alaska, located near the small boat harbor and downtown. Come join a team of clinicians who are passionate about their work and dedicated to their clients' recovery from substance use disorders.
Location: Seward, AK
Requirements: Master’s level clinical licensure or ability for immediate licensure in Alaska (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Reliable, hard-working and have a sincere passion for the work we do.
SeaView offers a competitive salary/benefit structure with opportunities to gain hands-on experience across several different areas working with passionate team members in support of the mission. Benefits include employee medical/dental, retirement, and 3.6 weeks of vacation in your first year with incremental increases up to 7.2 weeks a year.
