Posses the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment in a timely manner.
Perform preventative maintenance and unscheduled maintenance with minimal impact on schedules and quotas.
Identify and perform continuous improvement of maintenance tasks.
Manage vendors for scheduling of repairs and supplies.
Maintain maintenance records per SOP.
Assist in IQ / PQ protocols as required per customer criteria.
Perform and assist with technical installations and operations of manufacturing equipment.
Maintain communication with management of active and potential repairs for minimal impact on manufacturing timelines.
Identify and correct any safety issues.
Support manufacturing and facility staff as necessary.
