Hotel housekeeper

Job Overview :

As the Housekeeping Supervisor for our property, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel.

You will lead and motivate our housekeeping staff, uphold our high standards, and ensure that every guest enjoys a pristine environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linens.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Working under the GM to make sure all housekeeping guidance are followed

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, techniques, and safety standards.
• Bi-lingual
• Hotel opening and renovation experience a plus
