Job Overview :
As the Housekeeping Supervisor for our property, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel.
You will lead and motivate our housekeeping staff, uphold our high standards, and ensure that every guest enjoys a pristine environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linens.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Working under the GM to make sure all housekeeping guidance are followed
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, techniques, and safety standards.
- Bi-lingual
- Hotel opening and renovation experience a plus
