What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter (on-site) position at SeaWorld San Antonio?
What you get to do:
Partner with internal stakeholders across the company to help identify and hire the best leaders to drive the company's growth. You will:
- Assist in creating innovative search strategies that will identify and attract the best talent with a focus on local community outreach to include schools and organizations
- Conduct telephone screens for skilled/professional positions
- Assist with candidate phone screening and interview set-up for Hiring Managers to review
- Post to niche job boards, as needed
- Coordinate and participate in external, internal and virtual job fairs
- Assist in on-boarding new hires during peak season
- Main point of contact for recruitment marketing collateral
- Maintain and present analytics for recruitment initiatives
- Main point of contact for Work and Travel programs and logistics
- Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
- Perform other duties as assigned to include front desk responsibilities as needed
What it takes to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and able to pass SeaWorld San Antonio MVR check
- Experience working in a fast paced / high volume environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems or resume databases, preferred
- Experience recruiting for leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry, preferred
- Must have flexible available to include working weekends, evenings and holidays
- Comfortable standing and walking for prolonged periods of time
- Able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
