Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm and warmth.
- Provide information on food and beverage products, making recommendations to fit each guest's needs.
- Support dietary restrictions, allergies, and special needs.
- Take orders promptly and ensure efficient delivery.
- Maintain a clean working environment and operate payment registers.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain monies and sales information for audits.
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old.
- Commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Ability to learn and use point-of-sale systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand extensively.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility in working varied shifts.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Food service and/or theme park experience highly desirable.
