What you'll do?
We are seeking an innovative Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering principles, with a focus on integrating these disciplines to design and develop advanced mechatronic systems. As a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, testing, and implementing cutting-edge mechatronic solutions across various system and subsystems.
Pay range : $100,000 to $125,000.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop mechatronic systems by integrating mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
- Conduct feasibility studies to identify optimal solutions for mechatronic applications.
- Create detailed designs, schematics, and prototypes using CAD software and other relevant tools.
- Understanding and experience with servo motor / actuator design and control systems, including motors, gears, bearings, sensors, actuators, servo drive, …
- Test and validate new components including sensors, actuators, motor drives, etc. …
- Familiarity with Selecting, integrating, and calibrating of sensors, actuators, servos, and data acquisition.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to design and analyze mechanical components and systems.
- Familiarity in designing for quality, manufacturability and serviceability aspects.
- Knowledge in flow dynamics, and heat transfer.
- Knowledge of working with electronic circuits.
- Knowledge of control theory and designing a control system.
