Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary contact for tenants regarding outstanding rent, security deposits, and other matters.
- Collections Management: Follow up on unpaid rent, promises to pay, and overdue accounts to ensure timely resolution.
- Security Deposits: Manage inquiries and disputes regarding security deposits in compliance with laws and company policies.
- Legal Representation: Represent the company in small claims court, mediations, and agreements concerning tenant-landlord disputes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tenant collections, property management, or a related field.
