What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at SEBASTIAN'S ROADSIDE?
Sebastian's Roadside in Sebastian, FL is looking for one host/hostess to join our 25 person strong team. We are located on 10795 Us Highway 1.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
This position is part time lunches to start with one evening shift.
This position does receive gratuities.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phones, taking orders, coordinating take out.
- Responsible for Cash and Credit Card transactions and balancing.
- Greeting and seating customers and making them feel welcome
- Assisting servers during rush, serving drinks, busing tables etc...
- Estimating wait time for guests
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Restaurant experience a must!
- Cash management ability.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
