Position: Bilingual Immigration Paralegal (English/Spanish)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented bilingual immigration paralegal to join our team. With 1-3 years of experience, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and help individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Family-Based Petitions: Manage cases involving I-130, I-485, N-400, DACA, TPS, I-601, I-601A, and I-212.
- Asylum Applications: Handle both affirmative and defensive asylum cases.
- Removal Defense: Assist with I-589, 42B, 42A, I-601, I-212, and 212c cases.
