Sebert Landscaping, A pioneer in the Landscaping Industry, is looking for a Branch Administrator of our Naperville Location. We are looking for an individual to manage the branch division’s day to day operations and general administrative activities independently. He or she will work closely with the Branch, Account Manager and Field Supervisor in the execution of various office tasks and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- · Provide quality customer service to all existing / prospective clients.
- · Communicate / resolve client issues in accordance with company guidelines
- · Communicate / monitor branch deadlines.
- · Perform general administrative duties for the branch office and assist with seasonal transition.
- · Order / maintain branch office equipment / supplies.
- · Prepare / maintain enhancement proposals / work orders / invoices.
- · Assist in the contract renewal process.
- · Maintain client data base.
- · Prepare / maintain / distribute various weekly / monthly / seasonal reports.
- · Prepare/maintain job cost, productivity and gross margin reports.
- · Assist branch with time and attendance processes and reports.
- · Participate / contribute in the company’s “lean management” principals / strategies.
- · Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
