SEBPO is seeking an experienced and strategic individual to lead our product management efforts. This role is essential to understanding market needs, determining our service offerings, and shaping our services to align with client and market demands.
This role owns the service portfolio and is responsible for the management and maintenance.
Responsibilities include developing a Product Roadmap, conducting Market research, making data-driven decisions, collaborating cross-functionally, evaluating service lines, positioning products, and working closely with marketing to ensure messaging aligns with the product. The position also includes keeping up to date with advancements in AI and RPA, and working with Service Delivery on implementing new technologies.
Qualified candidates will have an advanced degree and be able to provide sample work product including a product roadmap. Proven experience in a senior role within the BPO industry. Strong background in market research, service development, and strategic planning. Experience in understanding AI and RPA technologies is highly desirable. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and initiative. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
This position is In-person full-time at our office in Marlton, NJ. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM ET to 5:30 PM ET.
