Position Overview:
SEBPO is seeking an experienced and strategic BPO Product and Capabilities Manager to lead our product marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in determining our service offerings, understanding market needs, and shaping our services to align with client and market demands. You will guide our marketing strategies, collaborate with various teams, and drive growth through data-driven insights and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to recommend new services and enhancements to existing offerings.
Service Strategy & Development:
- Work with operations teams to identify and assess current capabilities that need to be marketed.
- Evaluate the feasibility and potential of bringing these capabilities to market.
- Develop and refine the company's service portfolio to meet market demands and client expectations.
Sales Collaboration:
- Partner with the sales team to gain insights into prospective clients' needs and preferences.
- Support the development of sales strategies and materials to effectively position SEBPO’s services.
Client Insights & Account Management:
- Engage with the account management team to understand current client needs and identify gaps in our service offerings.
- Develop strategies to address client requirements and enhance client satisfaction.
Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and compelling representation of each service capability.
- Oversee the development of training materials, marketing content, and service descriptions.
Innovation & Technology:
- Stay abreast of advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and their implications for BPO.
- Integrate technological insights into service offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior role within the BPO industry. Strong background in market research, service development, and strategic planning. Experience in understanding AI and RPA technologies is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and initiative. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Requirements: In-person full-time at our office in Marlton, NJ. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM ET to 5:30 PM ET.
