About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at SEBPO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth, and developing strategic plans to pursue these opportunities.

About the Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in BPO, managed services, or outsourcing
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and service adoption expansion
  • Strong leadership and management skills
