Summary :

We are seeking a transport driver to drive our van and tranport our nursing home residents to different locations in the Orange Park / Jacksonville Area every Saturday.

Essential Functions :

  • Assist all residents to enter and exit vehicle safely.
  • Safely secure residents' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip.
  • Keep vehicle clean and free of trash / debris and in good operating condition.
  • Report resident medical issues in timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
