What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oral Surgery Dental Assistant position at Sebring Oral Surgery?
Welcome to Sebring Oral Surgery! We are in need of part time dental assistants. We prefer Spanish speaking bilingual assistants but it is not a requirement. We are a brand new facility with all brand new state-of-the-art equipment. Our oral surgeon is board certified and has been practicing in Florida for 10 years. We have a great team with positive energy and we love our job!
· The job is available in 2-3 weeks! We are currently performing surgeries on Fridays and Saturdays.
· No experience with oral surgery is necessary but is a plus!
· We perform dental extractions, wisdom tooth extractions, dental implant placement, and IV sedation
Hours
· Fridays 8-5, Saturdays 8-12 (flexible hours, you can work Fridays or Saturdays or both!). We plan to hire several part time dental assistants that are looking for Friday and/or Saturday shifts. The office will be open M-F and operated by a receptionist but we will only be performing surgeries on Fridays and Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctor with surgery. Will teach you oral surgery! Dental experience is needed and we can teach you the rest.
- Will train you to take CBCT and pano
- The usual dental assisting responsibilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
