SECCA Search Group is hiring! Looking for a corporate athlete to further elevate the competition within this organization. This is a full-speed sales role, requires consistency and intensity to reach potential. The Managing Director was an English teacher turned recruiter 13 years ago, he made his first million dollars in his 3rd full year and so can you with the right mindset.
This person will help recruit "A" players to fill mid to senior level roles, candidates primarily earning $100,000-$250,000 in base salary. We specialize in the Real Estate space, considering past verticals such as Energy.
Responsibilities:
- Offering guidance and support with the sourcing and matching of available candidates
- Develop a pool of senior candidates (passive and active) through networking and headhunting, developing relationships with these candidates.
- Screening candidates over the phone, assessing talent and gauging interest.
- Schedule interviews with Managing Director.

-LinkedIn sourcing
-80 touch points per day
-Learn the Sourcing side of the business, graduate to client management.
-Manage candidate pool through ATS/CRM and good old fashioned excel.
