SECCA Search Group is hiring! Looking for a corporate athlete to further elevate the competition within this organization. This is a full-speed sales role, requires consistency and intensity to reach potential. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience.
This person will help recruit "A" players to fill mid to senior level roles, candidates primarily earning $100,000-$250,000 in base salary. We specialize in the Real Estate space, adding an Energy practice in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Offering guidance and support with the sourcing and matching of available candidates
- Develop a pool of senior candidates (passive and active) through networking and headhunting, developing relationships with these candidates.
- Screening candidates over the phone, assessing talent and gauging interest.
- Schedule interviews with Managing Director.
-High volume calling/texting
-LinkedIn sourcing
-80 touch points per day
-Learn the Sourcing side of the business, graduate to client management.
-Manage candidate pool through ATS/CRM and good old fashioned excel.
Salary : $100,000 - $250,000
