SECCA Search Group is looking for a Land Acquisition Project Manager on behalf of a national, well-funded privately held homebuilder . This role is key in ensuring the success of land acquisition and development processes, from project inception through escrow closing .
Key Responsibilities :
- Feasibility & Due Diligence : Manage feasibility studies, engage consultants, and assess potential risks for new land acquisitions.
- Title Review & Land Planning : Oversee title reviews and contribute to land planning efforts to optimize development potential.
- Site Visits & Environmental Assessments : Conduct site visits and collaborate with consultants to complete necessary environmental reviews.
- Entitlement & Approval Process : Assist in securing project entitlements and developing submission strategies for local approvals.
- Financial & Budgetary Oversight : Help prepare financing budgets / packages to support land acquisitions and development.
- Project Coordination : Ensure engineering plans and project timelines are met efficiently.
