Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Corporate Attorney at Seck & Associates LLC. The Senior Corporate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, working on licensing of technology with clients, negotiating business transactions, working in capital raises, and other corporate matters. The role is primarily located in Overland Park, KS, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
- Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in Missouri or Kansas
Salary : $125,000 - $200,000
