Associate Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Associate Project Manager to lead our deconstruction team. The associate Project Manager will lead the operational and financial success of the Deconstruction Services division -- supervising the field operations and its support services, and participating in marketing and growth strategy with the team.
The successful candidate is a self-motivated self-starter: you remain curious and highly productive without extensive oversight. You are an enthusiastic and proactive problem solver with a "can do" attitude. You are solutions-oriented, excited and energized by challenges, and learn and solve problems proactively and creatively. You have exceptional organizational and communications skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the successful completion of projects through effective leadership and supervision of the crew
- Ensuring satisfaction of homeowners and/or third party stakeholders on projects
- Updating and implementing policies for performance and safety
- Managing the profitability of division through job costing analysis and controls
- Being a positive representative of the organization, contributing to its overall health, employee morale and public image
The ideal candidate has:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in residential construction, interior and exterior residential renovation work.
- Experience and knowledge in the salvage and/or deconstruction industry.
- 3 years' experience of supervising a large, project-oriented staff or crew-structured workforce.
- A strong fundamental knowledge of all facets of construction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Computer literacy, along with strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- The ability to think creatively, work under deadlines, and work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
