Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and training as needed

- Perform tree care tasks such as pruning, trimming, and removal
- Provide lawn care services including mowing, mulch, edging, and more
- Create and maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Build hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Monitor project progress to meet deadlines and budget requirements
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and techniques
- Proficiency in operating landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and chainsaws
