We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Foreman to join our team. As a Lawn Care Foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of lawns, gardens, and landscapes. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Some Duties that are included but not limited to:
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and more
- Supervise a team of grounds keeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas that require attention
- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper lawn care techniques
- Uses the software provided by the company for accurate record keeping and job accuracy.
-General Maintenance of Machines, Cleaning, and servicing equipment
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance
- Strong knowledge of lawn care and landscape tools and equipment
- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
