JOB SUMMARY

As a Store Clerk, you will play a vital role in our retail environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store. This position requires someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and offer assistance.
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions with precision.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products and increase sales.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable store appearance by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns promptly.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
- Uphold retail math principles to calculate prices, discounts, and change accurately.
- Conduct appliance sales transactions following company guidelines.
- Adhere to phone etiquette standards when handling customer inquiries or orders.

SKILLS

- Proficient in basic math for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Microsoft Spreadsheet Understanding

-Proficient Customer Service

-Able to navigate Facebook among other avenues of marketing

-Communication with both customers and supervisor

This individual will be working on location to help create, assemble, organize and post inventory to promote sales for the company. They are a dedicated and driven person to help bring success to the business.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
