Landscape Maintenance Lead
What You’ll Be Doing
· Leading a crew to ensure landscapes are thriving, healthy, and beautiful
· Getting your hands dirty—pruning, weeding, mulching, planting, and more
· Solving plant health challenges and ensuring long-term success of landscapes
· Mentoring and training team members to build a strong, efficient crew
· Working outdoors in all weather at some of the most beautiful properties in the area

What We’re Looking For
· A strong work ethic and happy personality

· Experience related to job duties
· Availability to work the full season from early Spring through late Fall
· Comfort with physical work
· A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Nice Plus!)
· Background in horticulture
· Previous work in landscaping, construction, farming, or other hands-on trades
· Ability to operate equipment (truck & trailer, skid steer, compactor, trencher, masonry saw, heavy machinery, etc.)
· CDL license or willingness to obtain
