Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each event.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control to ensure all necessary supplies are available for events.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain service excellence during events.
- Set up and break down catering equipment and dining areas before and after events.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests throughout the event.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in fine dining.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management, with experience in catering or restaurant settings.
- Proficient in inventory control practices to manage supplies effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
