Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Now hiring for the Summer 2025 Season- float bus drivers, office staff, store clerks, general grounds crew, housekeeping, cooks, servers, maintenance, activities coordinator, property manager, bartender. 3 properties located side by side allow for flexible work schedule and extra shift hours if desired.
Duties (vary per position)
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Prepare and serve food items according to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and checking expiration dates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Utilize POS systems (such as Aloha POS) effectively for order processing.

Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and retail math tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
