SUMMARY:

JOB DUTIES:
- Use small-scale tools and equipment such as cutting saws, grinders, and soldering irons to fabricate components
- Build essential parts for transducers and medical devices according to specifications
- Perform interim and final testing of components and finished products to ensure quality and functionality
- Accurately record manufacturing procedures, processes, and test results as part of quality assurance
- Adhere to established production protocols and safety standards.
- Work closely with other manufacturing team members during day-to-day operations, training, and on-the-job tasks
- Provide updates and feedback directly to the Production Manager regarding production progress and issues
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with small tools and light machinery
- Ability to follow assembly instructions and document new procedures and processes
- High school diploma (or working towards high school diploma), or equivalent
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable attendance during regular business hours
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety requirements, and other prescribed best practices/industry standards
- Based on job duties, background checks (criminal, employment/reference) may be performed; results must be satisfactory to the company
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred

PAY AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $17.00-$30.00 per hour; depending on qualifications/experience
FLSA Status: Full Time Non-Exempt
