Summary
As a Production Worker at Secret Creek in Montrose, Colorado, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team dedicated to crafting high-quality fabric structures. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the high standards of craftsmanship and quality that our customers have come to expect.
Responsibilities:
- Sand and stain wood to specification.
- Cut wood and industrial fabrics with precision
- Install various types of hardware.
- Operate industrial fabric welders, heat seamers, and sewing machines.
- Safely maneuver loads exceeding 50 lbs using hand trucks, jib cranes, and carts.
- Utilize hand tools (e.g., mallets, scissors, utility knives, pliers) and industrial equipment effectively.
- Ensure professional and timely product creation and installations to meet customer expectations.
- Follow all safety regulations and consistently use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Accurately measure materials using a tape measure.
- Support departmental and company-wide projects as needed.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance record.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
- Physically capable of sustained manual labor in a production environment.
- Basic math skills for measurement and calculations.
- Positive attitude, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience with manual production work, machinery, or hand tools preferred.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
