JOB DESCRIPTION – Pitch Lead
Location: Montrose, CO (Travel Required) | Position Type: Full-Time

Are you ready to work in some of the most beautiful locations in the country—mountains, forests, deserts, and beyond? Secret Creek is hiring a Pitch Lead to oversee the installation of our handcrafted yurts, tents, and tipis on customer sites across the U.S.
This is a hands-on, leadership role where craftsmanship, responsibility, and customer interaction all come together in one unforgettable job.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel to customer locations (sometimes remote and scenic) to lead installation of yurts, tents, and tipis
- Drive company vehicles and trailers to job sites
- Lead a small crew on-site to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely installation
- Communicate professionally with customers, representing Secret Creek with excellent customer service
- Work efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
- Overnight travel during the week is expected, often 1–3 nights per week depending on project location
Requirements:
- Experience in construction, framing, or hands-on installation work
- Clean driver’s license and ability to drive company trucks and pull trailers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather and terrain
- Ability to lift, carry, and work on ladders or uneven surfaces
- Good time management and accountability for team performance

Compensation:
$24–$28/hour, based on experience and qualifications
