The Playroom Attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests in our playroom area. This role involves overseeing activities, ensuring cleanliness and order, and providing exceptional customer service while respecting the privacy and discretion of our guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and informed about the playroom facilities and rules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the playroom, ensuring it meets high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Monitor the playroom to ensure guests adhere to the resort’s policies and guidelines.
- Provide assistance and support to guests, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining playroom equipment and supplies.
- Handle any issues or incidents discreetly and in line with resort protocols.
- Previous experience in a hospitality, customer service, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with guests.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
