Job Description:

Due to continued growth we are confidentially seeking, we are seeking a Human Resources Workday Senior Analyst in our Atlanta office to join our team. This role will report to the Head of Human Resources and will work closely with the Human Resources team and other operations professionals on a variety of tasks and projects as we enter the next phase of company growth.

RESPONSIBILITES
Deliver continual system configuration and data excellence for Workday including HCM, Performance Management, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, and Payroll

  • Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring
  • Configure, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday
  • Assist in testing of integrations, security, and annual events
  • Leverage project management skills and a thorough understanding of systems to contribute on HR projects
  • Provide functional support for other HR systems including assessing system capabilities/utilization, resolving issues and overseeing day-to-day activities.
  • Support managers and employees with self-service tasks and troubleshooting day to day Workday issues
  • Support integrations with other related internal systems and vendor integrations, as needed
  • Create, maintain, and support a variety of custom reports as requested by HR, the business, internal or external auditors or for required government reporting
  • Be a subject matter expert on Workday and provide support to users
  • Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure work adheres to business requirements and is delivered error free
  • Document key processes and configuration for reference and to ensure consistency
  • Candidate must be local and be available to work both onsite and remotely during the week

Technology skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Workday (advanced preferred)
  • *Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • *Proficient in use of online conference tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, WebEx, or Others.
  • *Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and online tools/platforms

Technical Experience

  • Previous experience working in a small to mid-size global professional service company is preferred.
  • Understanding of labor laws to include local and federal mandates regarding rate calculations, statutory leave allowances, etc. (global experience, a plus).
  • A bachelor's degree in a field related to the position or a combination of related education and work experience in the area of systems analysis to equal four years.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience required in a Workday analyst role
  • Preferred 2-4 years hands-on experience in the configuration, administration, enhancement, and support of Workday. (or other HRIS platform)
  • PHR, SPHR, CPP , FCP or other HR related certifications a plus
  • International HR experience preferred
