Screening Requirements: Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check
- Must have at least 5-7 years experience as a Supervisor
- Must have at least 3-5 years as an SPO
- Must be able to perform daily briefings to include pass downs of pertinent information and events of the day including conducting roll call
- Must be able to type and use Excel and Word programs
- Must be able to write, review and provide corrective feedback to daily activity log and incident reports
- Must be able to manage a schedule
- Must be capable of performing foot patrols to conduct post inspections on a large campus
- Must have knowledge of surveillance camara systems
- Must be able to set the example for professional appearance standards and be to correct those not in compliance
