Job Summary
Our professional security guards are responsible for providing superior physical security services at our client’s site. They demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Job Skills / Requirements
Position Responsibilities
Our Officers are responsible for providing quality physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Vehicular and foot patrol of the property, parking garages, and surface parking lots
Maintain visitor control as directed by property management
Respond to and assist in emergency situations as required
Enforce property rules and regulations; Report unusual activity to property management
Escort tenants to cars in the parking garage and parking lot
Operate vendor provided vehicle to patrol the parking garage and surface parking; fuel
Education Requirements (Any)
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
CPR/AED
North Carolina Guard Card
Medical Exam
Additional Information / Benefits
Qualifications
Valid North Carolina driver's license is required
Must have an active North Carolina unarmed security guard license
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must have at least 1 year of relevant security experience
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Shift:
10pm-6:00am (as needed)
10pm-6:00am (as needed)
