We are currently seeking part-time Unarmed Security Guards for our client.
Job Summary
Job Summary
Our professional security guards are responsible for providing superior physical security services at our client’s site. They demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to perform foot patrols due to a vast area of responsibility.
Position Responsibilities
Our Officers are responsible for providing quality physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains safe and secure environment at our client’s site by foot patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel (parking garage, operating gate for vehicles leaving)
- Performs duties in accordance with post orders to location.
- May provide detailed written reports to management on daily activities, building activity, and any incidents that may have occurred.
- Responds to major occurrences with speed and accuracy.
- Has intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific site(s).
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess the visual acuity necessary to prepare records and reports and operate a computer terminal (if applicable).
- Must possess manual dexterity to operate standard office, data entry, and computer equipment (if applicable).
- Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions.
- Must be able to perform foot patrols due to a vast area
Qualifications/Requirements
- NC Guard License
- Minimum 1 years of relevant security experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, Naturalized Citizen, or Permanent Resident
