Position Responsibilities
Our Officers are responsible for providing quality physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses
- Must be able to work weekends
- Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems.
- Creating detailed reports on building activity
- Cross Foot Patrolling site hourly requirement/Concierge at Front Desk
- Handling packages (in-out) for customers/clients
- Performing duties in accordance with Post Orders
- Controlling/restricting access to the property
- Signing In and out Package deliveries, scan tours
- Responding to major occurrences with intelligence, speed and accuracy
- Stationary security watch from the Security desk
- Switch off every other hour to conduct an extensive foot patrol using phone software and check points
Qualifications
- Only applicants who have an active MD Guard License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant security experience
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
