Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 20 veterinary clinics
- Oversee medical quality, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care
- Implement clinical SOPs and best practice
- Mentor and develop DVMs
- Collaborate with HR department on recruiting strategies
- Position requires 25% of time spent in a clinical setting
Requirements:
- DVM/ VMD
- 2 years multi-site leadership
- 5 years clinical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong leadership skills
- ability to travel up to 75%
