We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator.
What you will do.
Assist with production and delivery of external communications channels : Ordering and shipping Retail Banking signage (ATM / ITM / iPoster)Monthly statement messages to membersOnline ListingsMonitor and respond to Employee Communications inboxOrganize and maintain marketing asset library and SharePoint contentOrganize brand inventory and monitor consumptionCreate and edit financial wellness presentations and digital games, like KahootSchedule, organize and assist with managing team meetings, including setting up conference calls, sharing agendas, recording and distributing minutes and debriefing team as necessarySupport the production and facilitation of events, in-person and virtual : Some nights and weekends required (~1-2 / month)Coordinate internal and external resources / materialsSend logistics communications to participants as neededServe as the point of contact for designated vendor partnersAssist in routing and obtaining necessary marketing content approvals from key stakeholders across all levels of the organizationGain a clear understanding of detailed costs and budget implications to help manage department spend and escalate budget concerns to Marketing Leadership as necessaryProvide concise, effective high-level status reports on marketing initiatives when askedStay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends and share ideas with Marketing & Community team to continually optimize efforts and create efficiencies.This is not meant to be a comprehensive list of duties; other responsibilities will be required.What we need from you.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field1-3 years' professional experience (Internships count toward experience)Strong writing and communication skillsFamiliarity with various marketing platforms and channels, including social media, print and digital marketing (preferred)Proficiency with
Microsoft Office suiteProject Management Systems - Asana (preferred)
Strong business acumenStrong organization skills with keen attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple projects and tasksAbility to work independently with a strong sense of self-accountabilityDemonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environmentPhysical Requirements .
Must be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periodsMust be able to lift up to 25 poundsCompensation Information : Offers will be commensurate with experience and education. Please Note : we typically hire below the mid-point of the salary range, which is $66,600.
