We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator.
What you will do :
- Assist with production and delivery of external communications channels :
- Ordering and shipping Retail Banking signage (ATM / ITM / iPoster)
- Monthly statement messages to members
- Online Listings
- Monitor and respond to Employee Communications inbox
- Organize and maintain marketing asset library and SharePoint content
- Organize brand inventory and monitor consumption
- Create and edit financial wellness presentations and digital games, like Kahoot
- Schedule, organize and assist with managing team meetings, including setting up conference calls, sharing agendas, recording and distributing minutes and debriefing team as necessary
- Support the production and facilitation of events, in-person and virtual :
- Some nights and weekends required (~1-2 / month)
- Coordinate internal and external resources / materials
- Send logistics communications to participants as needed
- Serve as the point of contact for designated vendor partners
- Assist in routing and obtaining necessary marketing content approvals from key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Gain a clear understanding of detailed costs and budget implications to help manage department spend and escalate budget concerns to Marketing Leadership as necessary
- Provide concise, effective high-level status reports on marketing initiatives when asked
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends and share ideas with Marketing & Community team to continually optimize efforts and create efficiencies.

Compensation Information :
Offers will be commensurate with experience and education. Please Note : we typically hire below the mid-point of the salary range, which is $66,600.
